ABOUT THE TRUCK

The Burg Truck rolls out full-service catering for private, corporate, and special events all over the Greater Kansas City Area.

 

Our crew will show up at your event, setting everything up just the way you want it.

 

We're a one-stop shop on wheels—no need for any outside resources to get the party started.

RENT THE TRUCK

MENU MINIMUMS

Should the minimum purchase not be met naturally, we'll add any difference to the host's bill, pre-tax and gratuity.

LUNCH EVENTS

$1,000 minimum up to 2 hours

DINNER EVENTS

$1,500 minimum up to 3 hours

For every extra hour beyond 3 hours, the minimum goes up by $500.

TRAVEL FEES

Outside KC Metro - $50
Outside 435 loop/within 5 miles - $75
5 miles past 435 loop - please inquire

GRATUITY & TAX

Local city tax will be added to the base total.

A minimum gratuity of 18% is a must.

CANCELLATIONS

Within 14 days - subject to a 25% fee

Within 7 days - subject to a 50% fee

Within 48 hours - subject to a 75% fee

 

Cancellation fees due on the total order

PRIVATE PARKING

The customer is responsible for securing private parking for the event.

The designated area must accommodate dimensions of 28ft in length, 10ft in width, and 12ft in height.

ACT OF GOD CLAUSE

Act of God Clause – Should a tropical storm, earthquake, or any significant natural disaster occur, or in the event of any major act of God, the client will be exempt from payment.

THE FINE PRINT

Minimum Sales Guarantee: Ideal for smaller gatherings or when you want multiple food trucks at your event. Guests pay for their food, while the organizer commits to a predetermined sales amount. If actual sales fall short, the organizer covers the difference.
