Just next door to Burg & Barrel – Overland Park sits our private event space built for whatever you're celebrating. Work event, birthday, big game, rehearsal dinner, baby shower, or just an excuse to gather your people: this room handles it. Seat 55 for a sit-down affair or pack in 80 for a mingle-and-mix crowd, with a dedicated private service staff making sure every detail runs smoothly. A 110" HD projection screen with HDMI hookup keeps presentations sharp and slideshows crisp, while six flat-screen TVs mean nobody misses a play, no matter where they're standing. Come for the space, stay for the good time.

Know What to Expect Before You Book
Daytime events (11 AM–4 PM) require a $500 food and beverage minimum, while evening events (5 PM–10 PM) bump that up to $1,000, and if your actual order comes in under the minimum, we'll simply add the difference to your tab before tax and gratuity. Parties of 30 or fewer come with one dedicated server and a $150 service gratuity, while parties over 30 get a second server and a $300 gratuity, paid directly to staff and separate from your food and beverage minimum. On top of that, your final tab includes a 5% admin and bar service fee plus 9.35% sales tax.
